We’ve recently helped a couple of people who were struggling to sell their holiday homes privately. As you will know if you have tried to sell your holiday home back to the holiday park you reside at, you won’t get the price you were hoping for, therefor you may want to try to sell your caravan to someone like ourselves or perhaps even try to do it yourself.

So how can we help you sell privately?

What we would do is arrange to come and see your holiday home to give you a professional and fair estimation of what your holiday home is likely to be worth. We will then compare this to the price your hoping to sell for and come up with and agreed price to advertise. Once you are happy with the price we will then utilise our contacts in the industry to sell your caravan for a small, agreed percentage of the sale price.

We won’t offer everyone the same percentage and price as every quote for each sale will entirely depend on the caravan and cost of the sale etc. Therefore, rest assured that you will receive a completely bespoke quote that suits you…

If there’s still a struggle to make a sale for the asking price…

We can only give you a guidance of what we think from our professional experience of what your caravan is worth. It’s entirely up to you what your asking price is. This means that occasionally the asking price may still be a little high. We will do our best and discuss with you any offers made as time goes on however in some cases this price may need to be reduced (along with the percentage we will have from it).

In one case, the client we went to help was more than happy with what we had offered them to buy the caravan.

Either way you look at it, it’s most certainly worth getting your free quote from us for the use of this service.
